Risk Fighter is a Project Risk Management tool, developed by Danish Project Centre. The company was started in 2001. Focus has been on developing those tools, which every project manager should have. Tools that make it easier to manage a project - or a project portfolio. Tools that takes away some of the time consuming project management tasks. Tools that make a difference to the project!
These are the project management tools that we have developed. All of them are computer applications:
RiskFighter. A project risk management tool. Using RiskFighter the project will experience less firefighting and more satisfied
customers.
QA-Navigator. A different tool for project portfolio management. This tool does not trust a summation of several projects gantt plans. They are seldom updated to a correct status.
Inclino. A tool for handling changes according to the contract and the requirements specification. The Danish government has followed the work to verify, that the government standard IT contracts are handled well in Inclino.
CHAMP. CHAnge Management Process. This tool was replaced by Inclino.
